Corporate Secretary Service (annual fee)

A Company Secretary demonstrates to your prospective clients and investors that the administrative phase is particularly important to you and your company in the UK.


Our Company Secretary service includes a Secretary for your company (registered with Companies House) who will be dedicated to you to keep your company's accounting records / legal records, make changes to your company as per your instructions, as well as remember submitting your confirmation dates, preparing them and filing them annually.


What is included in the service?

  • A qualified Corporate Secretary as a dedicated personal manager, to manage changes and assist with any administrative compliance questions

  • A corporate secretary for your business who demonstrates your compliance credentials to potential investors and customers

  • Preparation and filing of the annual confirmation statement every year (including the Companies House filing fee)

  • Maintenance of all statutory records for the 12 month service period

  • Preparation and delivery of all statutory records (by email), as required by the Companies Act 2006

  • Make changes to your company as directed by you, including director appointments, director resignations, stock transfers and free assignments.


How does it work?

After your company is officially incorporated, your dedicated Director will appoint our Company Secretary for your company. After your appointment, we will send you the set of records by email. If changes are needed, your Secretary will do this for you and prepare and send a new set of records. Your Secretary will be on hand to make any changes, answer your questions, keep your records and submit your Confirmation Statement at the right time.


How much?

Our corporate secretary service fees are £ 250 + VAT per year. You will receive a renewal notice 30 days before the start of the service for the next year. You can choose to continue or cancel.

We will act as Secretary in name only and the service does not include the performance of petty secretarial duties. However, the service includes the signing of documents as a secretary when required.
